All our Garden Rooms come as standard with:
- Full delivery and installation including composite pegged base (base price can be deducted if you have an existing concrete pad that is suitable)
- Building grade wall, floor and ceiling insulation
- 300mm front overhang with spotlights
- Choice of uPVC doors (sliding or french) andwindows. 1 door and 2 windows minimum
- Choice of laminate flooring
- Internal electrics (flush LED ceiling lights, 4 recessed double plug sockets) and connection to pre-existing armoured cable
- Fully decorated inside with choice of paint colours
Optional extras include but not limited to:
- Air source climate control
